RBT Bank had just celebrated its golden year anniversary last March 12, 2026. A series of activities were set to commemorate the bank's founding anniversary to boost its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Recognizing the vital role of environmental stewardship, RBT Bank actively supports mangrove planting activities in the coastal areas of Guiwanon and Tagbocboc, Talisayan. Mangroves serve as natural barriers against storm surges, prevent coastal erosion, and provide a habitat for marine life. By engaging employees and community members in these activities, the Bank helps raise environmental awareness while contributing to the long-term protection and sustainability of coastal ecosystems.
One of the Bank's flagship CSR initiatives is the Free Medical and Dental Clinic conducted in its areas of operation. In partnership with Dingcong Sanitarium Hospital and 4K MBA, RBT Bank brings a dedicated medical team directly to the community. This program provides free medical check-ups, consultations, and essential medicines. It benefits families with limited access to healthcare, helping detect health concerns early and promoting overall wellness.
RBT Bank expanded its reach with the opening of its BLU Kibawe on January 19, 2025, located along Sayre Highway in Poblacion, West Kibawe, Bukidnon. This new branch brings accessible and reliable banking services closer to the people, strengthening the bank's mission to support local economic growth and provide financial solutions.
The Claveria BLU branch officially opened on October 3, 2025, in Poblacion, Claveria, Misamis Oriental, marking another milestone for RBT Bank. This branch offers services such as salary loans, SME loans, agricultural loans, and savings deposits, supporting financial inclusion and community development.

The team travelled to Sun World Ba Na Hills in Da Nang, another reward for a year of dedicated service.
