This policy covers information collected through this website, our branches, and our customer service channels. It does not cover the practices of third-party websites we may link to.

We do not collect account passwords, PINs, one-time passcodes, or card numbers through this website — RBT Bank Inc. does not currently offer online or mobile banking, and will never ask for this information through the site's contact form or chat assistant.
